The
subject site is generally flat and gradually rises as your move inland.
The beach is a mixture of white sand with a portion covered with rocks.
The Vegetation is light with native fruit trees such as mangoes, breadfruit,
dawa, Dilo Trees. Towards the inland there is about 2 - 3 acres of Pine
trees. The subject site overlooks the open crystal blue sea ideal for water
sports and activities such as game fishing, kayaking and snorkeling. The
