The recent ruling by Justice Gates on the ownership of Vomo Island, has been highlighted in some media outlets. With the utmost respect for the Court, NLTB would like to comment that the findings are interesting and novel. We would also like to confirm that the decision will be appealed, and the process for doing that is currently in motion.
